Product Description
Uses: High purity indium is mainly used for the preparation of indium phosphide, indium antimonide, indium arsenide and other semiconductor compounds: also used as semiconductor dopant, solder and preparation of In2O3 raw materials. Used in germanium transistors, both as a dopant and as a medium for connecting leads to the germanium crystal.
Analysis method: GDMAS analysis.
